Glengarry School of Celtic Dance brings high energy to their second-ever Christmas Family Ceilidh. Come to sing, dance, laugh, or just applaud these incredible entertainers.

More than 35 students -- of all ages and stages -- will perform Highland Dance, traditional and Cape Breton and Canadian Celtic Step Dance, and Irish Dance.

Special guest performers are Celtic Chaos, acclaimed traditional musicians, who play energetic reels and jigs, mournful airs and French-Canadian dance tunes. Victoria's teen-aged brother and sister duo Qristina and Quinn Bachand--who are carving out a name for themselves and have recently had the honour of performing at the Celtic Colours International Festival in Cape Breton -- will be stirring us up with their fiddle and guitar. Megan Phillips, a young actor/singer who has performed in, choreographed and directed many professional theatre productions, will lead us in song with her golden voice. O'Brien School of Irish Dance, Glengarry's sister school-- brings new energy to this unique family event.

As in all ceilidhs--these--among other "surprise guests" are also bound to appear!

Get your tickets now -- last year's ceilidh sold out very early!
Glengarry School of Dance is celebrating four years on Vancouver Island with its principal Carolyn Phillips-Cusson bringing three decades of teaching to her students.

Proceeds go toward costumes and supplies needed for the Glengarry Dancers, who are in increased demand for local community performances-- as well as providing deserving dancers with scholarships to CeltFest Vancouver Island Summer School, to be held July 18-23 at Vancouver Island University, the Port Theatre, and other community venues.
